I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying the stunning views of both Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples from my spacious room. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made me feel welcomed the entire time. However, the location was a bit challenging to navigate without a car, and the dining options left something to be desired. Overall, it offers great value for money, especially given the beautiful surroundings and cozy atmosphere.

Rooms
9.0
My room was spacious and opened up to a large balcony with breathtaking views of the volcano and the Bay of Naples. The terrace overlooking the piazza and pool was an added bonus, especially at night when the sights were illuminated.
Service
8.0
The staff was genuinely warm and friendly. They were extremely helpful, especially when we needed rides to the nearby railway station. I felt they sometimes underestimated how far things were, but their willingness to assist really stood out.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location is picturesque, with lovely views of Vesuvius and the surrounding areas. However, it can be a bit challenging to reach without personal transportation.
Dining
6.0
While there was a decent continental breakfast with freshly made coffee, the overall dining experience could be better as the options were rather limited and didn't fully meet my expectations.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities, especially the pool area, were well-maintained. I loved spending time relaxing around the pool, but I wish there were more amenities available.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying the clean and spacious rooms, which were perfect for my family of four. The location was great for visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum, but it felt a bit isolated. The service was commendable, especially Giovanni, who was always helpful. However, the breakfast was just mediocre, and the lack of amenities made things less convenient.

The service was generally good, especially from Giovanni, who was super nice and went above and beyond to help us, even on our last morning when there was no power or water.
Location
6.0
The location was somewhat good, mainly for visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum, but it felt a bit like it was in the middle of nowhere, away from other attractions.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was a bit lackluster with mediocre options, but there was a reasonable selection of cereals, fruits, and pastries.
Facilities

The facilities were okay, but I felt like there could have been more amenities available for guests to enjoy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, appreciated the spacious rooms with a stunning mountain view from the balcony, and the gardens were beautifully maintained, giving it great curb appeal. The service was exceptional, welcoming us like family. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, as the quality wasn't quite up to the hotel's four-star promise. Overall, the location was great for exploring nearby attractions, but the area itself was a bit rundown.

Location

The hotel is ideally located close to Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Vesuvius, but the surrounding town of Torre del Greco was a bit disappointing with litter around.
Dining

The dining experience was medium quality for a four-star hotel, with breakfast being above average but not something to rave about.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel's facilities were nice, with clean and well-maintained gardens, although there could be more amenities to enhance the experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was simply perfect, offering stunning views and a great spot to explore nearby attractions. The rooms had a modern design, but they felt a bit cramped for my family. The service was a standout, with friendly staff who went above and beyond for us. On the dining side, the meals were nice, especially dinner, but breakfast could use some variety. Overall, there's good value for money with a few quirks to keep in mind.

The rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated, making it a romantic setting to enjoy the sunset. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which really enhanced our trip. On the downside, the dining options weren't great and could use some improvement, and the location made it a bit challenging to find alternative choices without a car.
